The Big Data from Space is a biannual conference organized by the European Space Agency (ESA), the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission and the European Commission. This year is has been carried out online with the support of the Romanian Space Agency (ROSA). It is held on May 18-20, 2021. This year’s edition of the Big Data from Space conference pays closer attention to the exploitation of the insights obtained from the analysis of satellite data for foresight, and the capacity for prediction. The topics of interest announced have been End-users market trends vision, needs and foreseen solutions, From time-series to foresight, AI integrated solutions exploiting multi-source data, Disruptive technologies, Distributed and federated infrastructures, Platforms and analytical methods, Cross-domain applications, Documented training and validation, Quantum computing. Mozaika presented a talk about the semantic information infrastructure of our ISME-HYDRO platform, that mixes linked data with deep learning to provide better insight for decision makers in the domains of water resources exploitation management of dams. The session on Deep learning, where Mozaika presented, featured also presentations form THALES, AIRBUS, AGENIUM Space, and GMV.
